Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If there's a problem, please get in touch and we'll do our best to put it right.

Unwanted Items

You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to return an item, and a further 14 days to return it.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • In a resaleable condition

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Bait, Liquids & Consumable Products

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened boilies
  • Opened pop-ups
  • Opened liquids, glugs or attractants
  • Any consumable fishing bait product that has been opened or used

Unopened bait products may be returned within the period above.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We'll arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Photos may be requested to help us assess the issue.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Opened bait products
  • Opened liquids and attractants
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloads (if offered)
